Caregivers Outreach is proud to celebrate its 20th Anniversary with a special gala honoring family caregivers, youth caregivers, community leaders, partners, and all those who support the caregiving journey.

For 20 years, Caregivers Outreach has worked to educate, empower, and uplift caregivers and families through awareness, advocacy, education, respite, recognition, and community-based support. This milestone celebration will recognize the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of caregivers while highlighting the continued mission of Caregivers Outreach and COYE — Caregivers Outreach: Youth Empowerment.

About the Gala
The 20th Anniversary Gala will bring together caregivers, families, healthcare professionals, educators, community organizations, elected officials, sponsors, and supporters for an evening of celebration, recognition, and impact.
Guests will enjoy an inspiring program, caregiver awards, dinner, networking, and opportunities to support the continued work of Caregivers Outreach and COYE.

Caregivers Outreach is now accepting nominations for outstanding caregivers and community champions who demonstrate compassion, dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting others.
We are especially proud to recognize youth caregivers through the Leon David Simmons Youth Caregiver Award, honoring young people who provide care and support to a parent, grandparent, sibling, or loved one.
